  1. professional welcoming friendly caring

    Mum was a resident for about nine years. She became very quickly made to feel one of the family. I was always greated with a friendly face when I visited. I often spent all day there and was always offered to have lunch with mum. The entertainment for the residents either on a 1 to1 basis or in a party atmosphere puts a smile on their faces and all are encouraged to have fun. Staff are all professional and very caring. Mum was nursed with dignity and care always. She always seemed very happy and I was pleased that I had found such a wonderful home for mum. Mum sadly passed away two years ago but I still visit and support the home .
