EPUT: Community Heart Failure Service Feedback

  1. Quality staff attention

I receive amazing care each time I have visited. Staff are professional, and extremely caring.cannot fault the service and care I have received.

  2. Disgusting

Had to give one star because can’t leave zero stars.
Tried for hours to make contact but their published phone number does not exist anymore.

Look at all feedback message stating their frustration, has left in APRIL 2022.

WHOS responsible to amend, I don’t know.

  3. Phone contact

It is pointless having a telephone number which when dialled tells the caller it is an incorrect number. Change your internet page details to reflect the correct data as it is extremely distressing for patients and family who are attempting to gain information about health conditions.
