  1. Nobody has answered the phone in 7 weeks!

    I have been calling for 7 weeks to get an appointment for my daughter with ASD. Not once has anyone answered the phone number above, I have left 9 voicemails as of today (23 July).

    I don’t want to leave poor ratings like this as the staff when you are seen are fantastic but clearly whoever is manning the mailbox isn’t doing their job!

    This is simply not acceptable
