  1. Care Worker for Caring Direct

    My time working for caring direct has been brilliant so far, the training and support I have received has been excellent. I feel fully supported in my role, comfortable and confident doing the job I am doing.

  2. Care worker Experience

    I have worked for this company for over a year and have been given brilliant opportunities. The company is very flexible and always listen to me. The company provide a high standard of care, and the training is above all other standards of other companies I’ve worked at. All new carers are supported very well whether they have experience or not.

    The office team are always very friendly and helpful, and the on call system is very well managed.

    It is a family run business and all the directors are always there for you if need anything.

    Ive worked for the company for 2 years most of the time has been pleasant and we have a good group of caring co workers, I enjoy working with our team members and office staff are friendly, they take good care of our service users and do our very best to carry out their care.

    As a carer and a caring team we all work together to the best of our ability. We work together so that the Service Users receive the best care that they need. We go in with a smile on our faces, try our best to promote dignity and make sure the Service Users are comfortable. We care for them as individuals and we are a happy and caring team.

  4. Disappointing

    Disappointed

    Decided to appoint caring direct for my mother’s care and subsequently regret this decision within one week. Start of care a Saturday in october having paid 7 days in advance for two carers for 30 minutes, the first few days a learning curve for both subsequently by the Wednesday a visit was completed in 15 minutes with tasks not done and again on the thursday the visit rushed and my mother not feeling bathed. Upon raising this with the office they stated that the minimum payment is 30 minutes not the visit. Luckily decided to record the visits, nice girls more training required and with all my mother’s grand children at universities these recordings could be coming to a social media near you soon..????,, My thoughts…????…Pro-rata probably the dearest “care” company in the ……….. Improvement to patients:-
    dignity; crossed contamination washing; Not to rush the care; trained staff with inexperienced staff.
