  1. They look after my mother.

    All the individual carers are so helpful and lovely and I must say we don’t know what we would do without them. [What was good about the service? How do you think this service could be improved? – HWE] We had to change from another firm who just didn’t put in the time and also money was going missing. The manangement is on it and making sure that any changes are dealt with quickly. No need for improvement.
