Boots Opticians – Rayleigh Feedback

  1. Not very helpful when needed

    I got something in my eye which was very painful. The chemist said I must see my optician before he could recommend a treatment. I went to Boots Raleigh and asked for help. The assistant filled in a form about my problem. I said I was prepared to wait. After about 20 minutes she said the optician would be with me in a few minutes. After a further wait she came out and said he would not see me until 5 days later. He said I should go elswhere or go to A & E. Thanks Boots. I have been a customer of yours for many years but no longer. Very poor customer care.
