  1. Started well but failed to deliver a service

    Eye test completed professionally. The delivery of glasses very poor. Still waiting over a week after the promised date. Staff do not respond to calls or call back when the state they will. The actual eye test was conducted very professionally.

  2. Smooth service, honest & knowledgeable staff

    Coming here for an eye test all ran smoothly. There seemed to be an emphasis on hygiene when using the various equipment, which was reassuring. The first person I saw for the first part of the test was very chatty and friendly. The optician who did the reading tests, and so on, was very knowledgeable and told me how glasses could help my vision, and yet was honest in advising me I didn’t need to invest in any just yet. Being able to book an appointment online was brilliant.
