    Under staffed. Staff that are present are useless.

    I have been going to this people for help for a few years now, today I went there to pickup my script. I was told that my appointment date as change. Now the thing is the date is past my medication pick up day. XXXX [edited by Healthwatch Essex] went on to blaming me for starting to take drugs in the first place and keept putting me down, I come out of there so angry my partner called to complain but got NO reply. This is not a good services unless you still keep doing the medicine and drugs together they will up your medicine to keep you on there books. I have been drug free for 12 years now. He didn’t even apologise to me to say that he shouldn’t of said that and that they was wrong with the dates on my scripts. If you don’t want to be drug free this is a great place to go as they hand it out like sweets, but if you really need help to stop they don’t like this. I have been going here for a few years now and I’ve seen a different key worker every time, this does not help. If you are serious about stopping this isn’t the place for you !!!
