  1. impossible to get an appointment

    off hand receptionist always refers you to the nurse even if you need a doctor.

  2. Awful service

    Can never get an appointment.
    Been given wrong test results a number of times. Have to fight to get prescriptions every month and some of the reception staff are condescending and patronising with no understanding of patient circumstances. Would not recommend this surgery to anybody. Everything needs vast improvement except some of the doctors are very good when you do get to actually see them.

  3. Unable to access my GP surgery on phone.

    Need to speak to someone at Ambrose Ave regarding my daughters referral letter but unable to even get through on the phone. Having to resort to attending the surgery on foot after work (if I make it) doesn’t help make me feel I can access my GP surgery at any time.
