NELFT: Adult Diabetes Service

A multidisciplinary team of specialists which include specialist nurses, dietitians and support from consultant diabetologists. Proving specialist diabetes advice, education and support for adults diagnosed with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and their carers. Clinics are run from: Brentwood Community Hospital, Mayflower Community Hospital, Wickford Health Centre, Craylands, Great Berry surgery, The Knares surgery, Orsett Hospital, Thurrock day Hospital, South Ockendon clinic, Tilbury health centre, Corringham Clinic, Grays health centre and Aveley Clinic.
