  1. Poor.

    My daughter ended up in ae on a breathing machine because this surgery told me they had prescribed her am asthma pump to her local chemist and when I went to collect it it wasn’t there. I called the surgery and was told to call back in 10 mins and they would ensure the prescription was done. I called back, surgery closed waited an hour in the chemist and no prescription. That evening she couldn’t breath and we were sent to am out of hours GP who referred us straight to AE where we remained for 12 hours.

    Stay away from this surgery they will not help you at all

  3. Very poor service!

    This is not the NHS GP service we pay for. It is so poor it is embarrassing. Very poor appointment service and slow response that seems designed to deflect any action.

  4. Pregnent and very ill and no call back

    Doctors dont examine You as needed and just diagnoise you with easiest option.
    Dont even give you a call back after duty Doctor is supposed to ring You back they lack in everything

  5. barely adequate

    GPs always running late and when you get there only 1 or 2 actually appear to care. The rest just do what they can to get the next person seen so not much ever gets resolved. My medical notes seemed to disappear when I moved here so my important diagnosis now doesn’t exist. Took my daughter in numerous times for chest problems and always told “it’s viral”. Reception staff are moody and slow. You will literally be on hold for a good 20 mins before they bother to answer the phone.
