  1. Service Abolished

    I forgot this service has been taken back in house by “neecommunity.org.uk”

    All traces of the service should have been removed from the internet under the initial contract, once the service is no longer being provided. I shall not detail the frustrations and difficulties that have resulted as the alternative (original) NHS servicer is under severe pressure – nurses turn up when we were told they would not and do not turn up when we were specifically told by the (ridicuously callled) “Community Gateway” which can take an age to answer calls – says they will arrive, when folk recently discharged from hospital are struggling these extra difficulties compound the stress.

  2. Excellent care received

    All Nurses were friendly, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Cannot praise all of them enough. [What was good about the service? How do you think this service could be improved? – edited by HWE] No improvement needed for the Nurses – all excellent.
