‘My wife was due to have a procedure at the hospital under the gynaecology department. We arrived at the hospital on the day only to find out that this was cancelled, and we later found out that the hospital made a mistake due to “an administrative error”! Since then, my wife has had five further cancellations all due to poor planning and of what seems to be disagreements over what surgical staff need to be present at the procedure.’

‘I’m currently waiting for a clinical assessment for help my obesity. I have been in total waiting nearly three years. The last contact with them directly was September this year and I was told I would be contacted about an appointment, which I still haven’t had. I contacted PALS to see if they could assist me and was told they would tell them to contact me urgently but again I have heard nothing. I would be very grateful if you could help me getting somewhere because I am becoming worried for my health due to my obesity, I also suffer with anxiety and depression.’
