‘My sister has been waiting for two and a half weeks now about a physiotherapy referral and has not heard anything. She is currently on a floor bed and neither the carers nor her partner is wanting to support her to get up as they are waiting for a physiotherapist to advise on how to do so.’

‘My daughter has ASD and is not in school. The GP practice have shown no flexibility or desire to help make any arrangement for when I need an appointment. I cannot take my daughter into the surgery, and they have simply said they can't help. The Practive Manager isn't interested in even talking to me to try and help – a completely unsympathetic attitude that has left me feeling depressed. anxious and angry.
Where is the flexibility and understanding of issues for family carers?’
