Healthwatch Essex has launched a new project exploring ‘Experiences of Community Pharmacies in West Essex’ on behalf of the NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB). We want to understand how people use and experience their local pharmacies and how they think pharmacy services could be improved.
As part of this project we have launched a new survey and are hosting one-to-one interviews to hear your views and provide you with the opportunity to share your experiences. We are interested in speaking with anyone from West Essex about their experiences using local pharmacies. However, we are particularly interested in hearing from:
o Children and young people
o Frail/housebound residents
o Parents and carers
o People with neurodiverse conditions
o People with sensory disabilities
By getting involved you’ll be shaping how pharmacy services are delivered locally and contributing to improving access to health and care in West Essex.
