Fellas' Forum
The Healthwatch Essex Fellas’ Forum first launched in Colchester in October 2021 and has provided a monthly meeting place for men ever since. The forum started with local meetings at a pub in Colchester, where men could informally discuss issues such as health, wellbeing, men’s health screening, fatherhood, confidence, self-esteem and more.
The forum now regularly incorporates physical activity throughout the year, participating in activities outdoors such as fishing, gardening, community allotments, BBQs, and ‘walks and talks’.
Following the success of the Colchester Forum, we have launched other forums across Essex!
