With the sunny weather finally setting in, the Healthwatch Essex team is heading out to events across Essex. After an amazing May, find out which public events the team will attend in June…
In May, we saw the team head across Essex to the Healthier Habits Hub, Wellbeing Events, Harlow College, set stands up in communities across Essex, and more! We saw our Colchester Fella’s Forum out this month, the fella’s went to Lexden Wood Golf Club to play 18 rounds of crazy golf surrounded by some dinosaurs, followed up with homemade pizzas. This month, the team celebrated Dementia Action Week with two of our ambassadors, De’shay Johnson and Charlotte de Cortez, who kindly painted the front of our office with forget-me-not flowers and the team got involved too by dressing in blue. At the end of the month, we saw the team at Dice and a Slice in Colchester for a brilliant team-building day, having fun and developing teamwork skills.
