  1. Appalling

    A staff member named xxxxx was rude and unhelpful. Disgusted by sheer lack of empathy and professionalism. Will be changing where I pick up my prescription. Utterly appalling customer service.

  2. Lost prescription and extremely rude

    They lost my prescription and asked me to get it again without searching. Assistants were extremely rude and unhelpful. Always long queue.
