Physiotherapy can enable patients to reach their full potential and to maximise their independence. Physiotherapists work with patients, carers, members of the Community Healthcare Teams and with Hospital Services. Services are provided by physiotherapy staff who have a knowledge of Learning Disabilities and associated conditions.   1. ACE number isn't correct website not working

    None of the contact details or links for ACE work in this directory and I’m desperate for equipment for my father who has been released from Ipswich hospital after major surgery with no care package support or medical help. We are not coping and need help, urgently need a hospital chair and info on how to get the help he’s entitled to
