Latton Bush Centre Feedback

  1. This is a 0rating,no any star

I checked my medical record and consultations and I’m totally surprized!
There is written as on 01/09 seen in mental health clinic Lotton Bush by N. Shaq.
I was working on 01/09 and I don’t even know about this clinic and I don’t booking any appointment.
How it is possible as somwhere sombody just wrote fictitiously appointments and get paid ?

  2. Awful . Don’t go here.

I can’t even give them one star. I was psychotic at the time and bought my mum with me because I don’t drive. My mum was in the room with me and I was masking because I didn’t want my mum to know I was suicidal . The woman wrote to my dr saying I was ok, when I wasn’t and this is the first letter all drs read when looking at my file. They said I had an mri which was ok and I never had an mri with them. I had an mri years ago and I have arthritis in my neck. I’m sure some of them arnt even real nurses and haven’t studied psychiatry .

  3. Horrendous

This is a zero star rating, not 1 star.
Horrendously failed my nan who at the time suffered moderate dementia and Alzheimer’s. Due to their many failures, there were serious consequences inflicted upon my nan and family, my nan was left open to abuse. This place is beyond a joke and they then only serve to cover their own backs whilst making no true admittance. Mental heath ‘care’ is absolutely frightening

  4. Best ANP January 2023

When I came out from a IP Section, I was still very much suicidal but I didn’t need the hospital anymore. I had to except that I was still alive (even though I didn’t want to be!) I had my CMHT meeting and met my care co-ordinator, Gina M. She has helped me heal my life, supported me through the loss of my gorgeous animals (Kala and Nelson) Even the loss of a close friend of mine. Back in 2022 I was convinced that I would end up back IP and convinced myself the 3 months leading up to December that I wouldn’t be alive anymore and Misty would be without me for permanently. Gina listened to me, didn’t jump in like everyone else with Mental Health Act Assessments. Here I am, January 2023 and after time away getting my sh*t together I can look forward to getting back into employment and start living. I really wish Gina well in her retirement because she works bloody hard and has earnt it. 25 years is definitely a patrol time. LB won’t be the same without her. She has been the light I need to switch my life back on. Misty got her mum back in time for Christmas 2022. I want to become a HCA and if my career is anything like Gina’s then I will take the time I was taught by Gina with me forever. Kate and Misty wish you well GM 🙂

  5. I got the best care co-ordinator 2022

I came out of inpatient treatments from a Section and then spent 9 months with the best care co-ordinator you could have.

I got the right fit with care co-ordinators.

NHS will be lost without my care co-ordinator when she retires.

  6. Diabolical

Such an appalling service I don’t know where to start! This place has definitely prolonged my recovery and contributed to making my MH and life worse rather than better. You are just another number and tick box to them like most other services. It’s a one size fits all approach, they don’t take time to listen and consider the bigger picture.

  7. Frustrating .

Issues with getting through to reception, although leaving a message seems to work, and the appointments option on phone results in line going dead after a few rings. The appointments phone option problem was reported a few months ago and it’s still not working.
Issues with contradictory information about the doctor being away on sick leave according to receptionist and then denied by secretary.
Issues with prescribing behaviour, doctor only willing to prescribe their favourite medications if patient wants to try a different medication.
Issues with doctor NOT LISTENING to patient declining a 2nd opinion from another doctor , who inexplicably would require an MRI scan , which doesn’t make sense as patient has a very long standing (40 years) diagnosed psychiatric condition .

  8. disgusting

Was absolutely appalling by the whole experience today. The receptionist didn’t seem to have a list of appointments for the day. She wrote down that my wife had turned up for her appointment and sent us to the waiting corridor. We waited 30 mins for xx and heard nothing so i asked at reception and was told they didn’t even know where she was. This should have been discovered earlier when the receptionist let xx know my wife was waiting. The whole booking in system needs an overhaul. The other staff we spoke to seemed quite pleasant.

  9. Appalling

They let staff use Alias and they are well aware of this appalling team and management.
