    I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS SHOP AGAIN I WENT TO COLLECT MY MEDICATION TO BE MET WITH A NOTICE NO MASK COME BACK WHEN YOU HAVE ONE OR BUY ONE FOR 50P!!!!!! I TOLD THEM I DONT WEAR MASKS AND SHE WANTED TO KNOW WHY AND SEE MY EXCEPTION CARD THIS IS DISCRIMINATION I HAVE REPORTED THEIR DISGRACEFUL ATTITUDE TO AUDLEY MILLS SURGERY AND HAVE NOW ARRANGED FOR MY MEDICATION TO BE PROVIDED BY ANOTHER SOURCE THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE WITH A BULLYING ATTITUDE I MUST HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR 30+ YEARS BUT WILL NOT BE SPOKEN TO IN THAT WAY

  2. Pretty dismal these days

    The pharmacy seems to have changed hands a couple of years back and now is pretty dismal. Waiting times for dispensing are poor, and prescriptions/items are forgotten or lost. The staff always seem confused when you pick things up, and have to rummage in about 3 places and then ask a colleague where the prescription is!
