  1. Residents look unhappy.

    This latest manager has given the place a face-lift, ie…nicely decorated throughout, (it looked okay the way it was before!).
    Unfortunately, when we dig deeper… to afford the luxury to spend money on these outwood appearances, it would appear that the residents have been the ones made to suffer – by having their outings dwindle next to nothing over the past few months to save on the expenditure required. Subsequently, they were once happy looking but now in contrast look bored and quite sad in their demeanor.
