  1. Very poor level of care

    My mum is a patient here and has had ongoing problems with getting appointments, care and referrals. Surgery initially refused to send a nurse to remove stitches after hospital discharge and now claim to have lost a consultant referral. Practice Manager is never available. The nearby pharmacy have also commented that there are repeated problems with the surgery with many patients leaving.
