  1. Disgusting

    Terrible company, don’t do anything that they claim to do.

    Don’t call you back after a complaint is made.

    Left my mum from 5pm one night till 11.45 the next day before any one when in to give breakfast..then sent some one in at 12.15 for her lunch visit… complaint made was told sorry should happen. Another carer called my mum a bitch… complaint made…no follow up made…6 week free of charge came to an end. Never passed my mum over to Adult social services, just cut her visits down. Could say a lot more….Final word…Do Not use
