  1. DREADFUL UNORGANISED

    I went in to collect my prescription after received a phone call to say that they are ready – the pharmacist looked confused and bewildered ! he then miraculously found my medication and a pump out of the fridge (thought amazing was only here for 10 mins which is a miracle)
    As I was walking out of the car park with meds in hand the pharmacist came running after me as he had given me someone else cancer medication !!!!

  2. Terrible service

    Terrible service, repeated prescriptions are a hit and miss with them. It is a fight every month whether they have done your prescription. The appearance of the place is messy and disorganised bags of tablets every where, no one knowing where to look. Need to organise on a warehouse basis with clear marked locations. Repeat prescriptions I need as ran out, but this week informed to call 111 to get emergency prescription as they have lost or missed filed my drugs, but I was the 3rd person as I was present, that had come in for their monthly supply and was told to call 111. What and where are the drugs going? Another customer had dropped their prescription in a month ago but told they dont have it. This is an on going issue with this site, that now needs to be investigated as to where these prescriptions and drugs going! I was witnessed to 4 of us being told the same thing. Call 111 to get an emergency supply! This was yesterday 24th Oct. THIS SITE NEEDS AN AUDIT INVESTIGATION
