1. Excellent!!!!

   I cannot recommend Braintree Dental Studio highly enough. From the moment you walk in, the venue itself is beautiful and the front-of-house staff and receptionists go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They’re kind, friendly, and professional in every way.

   I’m currently beginning my Invisalign journey here. So far, I’ve had two teeth removed, along with a thorough clean and polish, leaving my smile already feeling fresher and brighter.

   The real highlight for me has been Dr. Shah. From day one, he has been absolutely fantastic – approachable, reassuring, professional, and incredibly skilled at what he does. He has made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and I feel completely confident in his care.

   I’m genuinely excited to return to have my Invisalign fitted and can’t wait to see the results at the end of this journey – all thanks to Dr. Shah and his wonderful team. Truly amazing service!

2. Unpleasant and disappointing

   Sadly I did not had a great experience with Braintree Dental Studio.
   After suffering for quite a while with a toothache and after having a private consultation, I was advised to have my tooth extracted. The only way I agreed to have procedure done is being sedated , but unfortunately the dental practice couldn’t do the sedation till middle of September .
   So once home , I researched for dental practices that offer sedation, spoke to few and finally settled on Braintree Dental Studio . The young lady whom I spoken to , unfortunately didn’t catch her name ,was most helpful , I explained to her that I am most anxious about procedure, and she told me that they offer conscious sedation , which dentist on the site performs, and after checking with someone, she explained how it all works ,reasured me and explained all the cost , told me to think about and give them call back if decided to go ahead .
   Which is exactly what I did. I am going on holiday in a few weeks and decided that it’s time to get my troubled tooth finally sorted . So first thing in the morning I called the Dental Studio and spoke to receptionist *****, I believe. Explained why I was calling , and said that I want to go ahead . She asked whom I’ve spoken with the previous day , to which I couldn’t give the name , and told me that they do not offer consious sedation there and she doesn’t know why would someone say the do … I was very confused how information changed from one day to next…
   I had trouble with the tooth for a quite few years now , had two root canals , spent considerable amount of money, and most of all , I am suffering from great phobia when it comes to dental work …so for me to finally make a decision to go ahead and have the troubled tooth extracted , was a big decision .
   To say that I was extremely saddened and disappointed today after speaking to young receptionist, it’s understatement.
   For people who have dental phobia is a big deal to have any work done , and misinformation I was giving, just left me confused and upset.
