Healthwatch Essex is working with Medequip to better understand people’s experiences of the Community Equipment Loan Service (CELS) in Essex. This service, commissioned by Essex County Council and the NHS, provides a range of equipment on loan following assessment by a health or social care professional. The aim is to support people to live safely and independently at home. Medequip supplies various items, including mobility aids, bathing supports and specialist equipment.
We want to hear from anyone who has used the service, or who has been involved in arranging equipment through Medequip. Your feedback will help Healthwatch Essex produce a report which outlines what is working well, as well as identifying areas for improvement.
The survey should take about five minutes to complete and is entirely anonymous unless you choose to share your contact details in certain questions. You can also skip any questions that do not apply to you.
