‘My husband was found to have a re-occurrence of bladder cancer following an appointment in June. He then had a pre-assessment appointment at the hospital two weeks later. It’s now September and we have yet to get any clarity on his proposed care and treatment pathway. He does have some complications, but nobody has given us a clear understanding of what will happen next, and we are extremely worried about the delay in any treatment.’

‘My experience of when I wanted to talk to someone about mental health was that all they wanted to do was refer me to a self-referral centre and answer messages online. No support is given. I’ve been waiting two years now for support and still haven’t got it from a local provider.’
