Join the Dementia Hub at Southend Hospital; a drop-in service with open access for inpatients with dementia, their families, friends and carers as well as anyone who may be worried about their memory or is looking for information regarding Dementia.

Support is provided from Southend Hospital Memory Team, Dementia Intensive Support Team and the Dementia Navigators.
