Healthwatch Essex and Healthwatch Hertfordshire have been commissioned by the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Partnership to support with the development of their monitoring framework. The monitoring framework will involve the collection of quantitative metrics (completed by the ICP) and our role is to gather lived experience from Essex residents.
Through a quick and easy survey, we are aiming to help the ICP reach their goal of hearing from 1000 people across Essex and Hertfordshire. This is an ambitious but important goal, which will ensure that all voices are heard and inform the direction of local service provisions. The survey will give people an opportunity to tell us what is working well, what can be improved and share their local service priorities and concerns.
