We are currently keen to speak to people in North East Essex about their experience of using end of life services.
The information gathered during the project will help inform and develop the work of the North East Essex Health & Wellbeing Alliance End of Life board, who coordinate a programme of work to help improve the priority outcomes for end of life care.
Our aim is to gather 12 unique stories from people who have accessed those services which will be presented to the board across the coming year. Topics covered could involve talking about preference for care, ensuring dignity & compassion, pain management & support to family/friends. We would welcome hearing from individuals who are currently receiving end of life care, supporting a loved one or who have sadly lost a loved one in the last year.
