Have you or a family member used patient transport or tried to access it over the last 18 months? Or have you had difficulties getting to and from your appointments?
We are currently looking for individuals who live in the North East Essex area who have any lived experience of patient transport within the last 12/18 months. We are also keen to hear from people who may have found it difficult to get to and from their health and care appointments during that time.
We want to collect individuals/carers/families’ stories about their experience and collate them to produce a report to share with the local service providers. This will highlight any issues and share good practice and effect any positive change which may be needed.
