Healthwatch Suffolk is looking to understand more about end of life care on behalf of Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care System, (ICS).
Finding out somebody you know is at the end of their life is naturally a difficult and distressing time. Yet, for many people there is also an additional worry of coronavirus and its effects.
A short survey has been created to gain a better insight into the area and is available to people living across Suffolk and North East Essex.
Research aims to capture people’s experiences and views of caring for, supporting or looking after someone at the end of their life, during death and immediately after death.
You can take part in the survey about the care and support your relative or friend received in the last few months of their life. The survey also explores how you have felt supported and what could have made things easier for you as a carer.
