Survey | Have your say about living with diabetes, COPD or heart failure in Essex

Healthwatch Essex Insights Ltd is our arms-length subsidiary, enabling Healthwatch Essex to undertake high quality engagement, research and other activities on a commissioned basis. Essex County Council has commissioned HWE Insights to carry out research to support their Joint Strategic Needs Assessment on self-care in Mid and South Essex.

We are carrying out research to understand the experiences of people diagnosed with diabetes, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and heart failure in Essex. We would like to find out what support is available to help people self-manage these conditions at home and what may be missing locally.
